Baby measuring big

I’m 20+6 andI had an ultrasound the other day and my doctors office called me today and said that the baby is measuring in the 91st percentile for growth. I have a repeat ultrasound in 4 weeks to check his growth. My question is will I need a c section if he keeps measuring this big? Or will they just induce me early? I’m a FTM and would really like a vaginal delivery. She said nothings wrong with the baby but I can’t help but freak out because I have had 2 mc’s before and thought everything was going so smoothly with this pregnancy until this.
