How do you know if you ovulated with PCOS?
Hello ladies! Looking for some insights here- I started metformin this month for PCOS after dining a 2” cyst in my right ovary. I’ve been charting using Ava (skin temps may seem low) and i want to know if PCOS fellows feel like this is an ovulating chart? I would have thought CD 20 based on CM and a potential ovulation dip. Ive also never seen two positive ovulation test strips in a row. So what do we think? Did I ovulate CD 20?
