Being a part of Glow and having infertility issues, I remember wanting to read more success stories on here. Or else, why are we going through this, right?

I’ll make this quick: last year I found out I was pregnant after 2 months of keeping “things open.” It ended up being a BO. My husband took it a lot harder than I did, because I thought, oh well I’ll just try again!

Fast forward to a year later of no success, then I find myself not having a period for 3 months and irregular cycles (this was very uncommon for me), rapidly gained 30 pounds, finally sought infertility specialist in September, suddenly getting diagnosed with possible PCOS (?!), my doc then started me on Clomid.

First round was this October and by this time I had packed away all my opk strips and anything pregnancy related because I was tired of being let down.

During this time I had also started taking myoinositol (+d-chiro) and cinnamon to help with the PCOS and increase chances of fertility. Doc had me take Clomid 100mg x 5 days on days 3-7 and ovidrel. First round no success.

Second round this past month repeated same dose with no ovidrel. During my “LH surge” it wasn’t even a strong positive but I heard Clomid can do that. I had all the pregnancy symptoms this time but then was let down to find out Clomid can mimick these symptoms.

I tested every few days and it wasn’t until I was 19 DPO and CD 32 where I see these positives.

**compared to my first pregnancy, I had much delayed results in symptoms and tests, not sure why. First one was natural and I knew 10 dpo I was pregnant. This definitely took a lot longer. I’m praying it works out.
