Okay, so my son was born Aug. 29th and I filed for a court ordered paternity test in September. When I called in October to check up on the claim, they told me the SD, that's what I'm gonna call him, scheduled for Nov. 29th. So I called yesterday (November 30th) and today (December 1st ) and they said there were not notes in the system whether he took it or not so they assume he didn't. I live in Ohio and I understand guys do all kinds of things to get out of child support but I need the support, and I want paternity established. Is there anything I can do? Talk to a lawyer? Bug the enforcement agency? Anything?
