So. I have thought myself into an overthinking spiral. Being an intelligent woman I know there is like .1% chance of being pregnant right now. But I need advice

Me and my significant have NEVER had unprotected sex (condom and birth control.) I have recently switched birth controls. And ended up on one that stops my periods.

I have been having weird pregnancy like symptoms. Which are also related to BC use. Took a test a week ago, negative. I’m just so confused. Please help me.
