Do I need to be a millionaire?

Ok guys so I’m starting to get scared here. I see some of the numbers as far as costs and I’m literally crying because it seems so unobtainable! Every penny we have saved for having a baby would go to MAYBE making a baby and then what? We would have nothing to get ready. How do you guys afford this? I’m 24 and make 26,000 a year, my husband 27 makes 32,000. I thought we were in a good place but now I’m not so sure. We are in Indiana if that helps. My insurance covers some infertility treatments but I’m not sure what. I have to pay for clomid (4 failed cycles) so I’m assuming I will have to pay for other meds :(
