Serious cramps after workout
Today was leg day and of course I worked out my abs (abs every day). Once I got home I made myself a protein shake and now I have some seriously painful cramps. I almost feel like I’m about to start again but I just got off about a week ago. My vagina feels like it’s going to fall out 😩😂 but seriously, has anyone experienced this? What is happening?!
