So we are going through the 8 month speep regression I think. We have been doing a little bit of cry it out which helped us with bedtime a hugely. I hate to do it but it kind of works. I woke up to my son crying 3 hours after he had eaten (our sleep program says don't feed more frequently than every 4 hours) so I waited 5 minutes before going in. Right at 5 minutes he rolled over found his paci and passed out. If I had gone in to give him his paci he would have screamed his head off until I picked him up. I hate to do it but sometimes CIO it works.
