Advice?

Ok, so I'm 18, I've had my period since I was 11, and I can't for the life of me get a tampon in. I've tried before and it just won't go in. It kind of hurts and won't go in far enough to stay. Any advice on how to be able to use them?

Make sure to use the regular size or get one of the smaller tampons! Not trying to be nasty but find your hole and shoot it up. They hurt putting in especially if your using to big of a size! They also have directions for it. Or even you can watch YouTube videos. I know that’s weird but it won’t show any body parts!

relaxing is so important lol. when i was 14 i remember i was always so stressed about gettin in the hole it would just be way too uncomfortable for me to even try. just breathe and relax and push it up in there girl

Maybe look at trying a smaller tampon and different positioning like standing to put it in. I didn’t start using tampons until I was like 16 and I can only use the bullet ones. The ones with applicators confused me!
