Blood with bowel movements !?

Every time I make a bowel movement or even start pushing, blood pours out of my anus. It’s not really that uncomfortable, it just drips and drips. It’s enough blood to turn all the water red, but it’s not a crazy amount either. I have other symptoms: dizzy, light headed, lethargic, aching stomach, & pain in lower abdomen.. I just had a baby vaginally 8 weeks ago. I had a hemorrhoid since pregnancy, but it appears to have gone away. My butthole looks nice and pink & normal. It has been bleeding for a few weeks now, however, it only used to drip 4-5 drops. Only recently has it started to pour blood & has been getting worse each day.. does anyone know what this could be?
