Is my breast milk still okay to use?

Question

I pump at work and store my milk in a cooler with an ice pack (the medela brand cooler). I filled it at 10:45am and 1:30pm. I accidentally left it in my pump bag over night and discovered it at 8:00am this morning. The bottles were a little colder than room temperature. Do you think it's stil okay to use it toss it. My cheat sheet of breast milk storage says it's good up to 24 hours in a cooler, but the milk wasn't super cold I'm nervous.

If you don’t have a good feeling about it. Toss it. I personally would take the loss and toss it ☹️

Personally I wouldn’t feed it to my baby. That’s way too long for me personally to be out with just an ice pack. 
If you feel comfortable keeping it, just make sure to smell it first.

you can keep it to use for other things like cooking or milk baths?

A lactation consultant friend told me 6 hrs at room temp, 6 days in the fridge, and 6 months in the freezer. It seems safe if it’s colder than room temp to me, but please use your own best judgment.
