Headaches, remedies?

13 weeks along. The headaches are insane. Used to be I’d get 2-3 a week during this pregnancy, now it’s every day for almost 2 weeks. Any remedies out there that have helped you guys? Not interested in Tylenol because I would have to be taking it so often and I’m not down for that. Seriously, am open to just about anything right now.

This what my doctor told me yesterday. Tylenol (doesn't help me a lot), caffeine (helped me but I'm also caffeine sensitive so a little works for me), Gatorade/Powerade (electrolytes could be low). I also use peppermint oil on my temples, across my forehead, behind my ears and on the back of my neck. It's not a cure all but it does give some relief.

I had horrible headaches for two weeks in a row. What really worked for me was talking a cool, damp cloth with a few drops of lavender oil on it. I rest the cloth on my forehead and over my eyes and just lie back for a few minutes. Really helped me get rid of it quickly.

Magnesium seemed to help my mother in law with her migraines so you could ask your doctor if that’s a possible option? I haven’t dealt with a constant headache yet but I’ve had one or two since getting pregnant but I was also dealing with a head cold and bronchitis lol

My doctor gave me a prescription for migraines. Picked it up today so haven’t used it yet. She also said I could come in and they could give me an iv cocktail if the prescription doesn’t work.

Following. I have them too.  Probably because I’m dehydrated because anything liquid makes me want to throw up and I have to force myself to drink anything...  ice water ginger ale, tea... everything is puke worthy :(
