As in scream like”ahhh!” Not cry.

My baby has recently found her voice and now she screams all the time.

If she’s laying down she will just scream at the top of her lungs. You can hear her outside.

Over and over she screams ahhh! Pause, scream again.

Like someone would if you scared them by jumping out at them.

I’m not sure why she’s doing this, if it’s to communicate, for fun or because somethings bothering her.

I also don’t recall my first doing this.

She babbled more and though Addie does babble she doesn’t Babble that much where my first did constantly. She barely coos.

She’s very playful and active and never really cries, she grunts when she’s unhappy and want picking up or feeding.

Anyway just wondering if anyone else has this happen and if it is to be encouraged?

It’s extremely loud and disturbs the peace of our neighbors who can hear it so I get a little embarrassed and try to distract her into stopping. It’s a high pitched scream at full volume as loud as she can like someone’s jumped out at you..I’ve got a video and sadly glow doesn’t let you out videos up!
