feeling ill while having my period 😣
so I was just wondering and wanted to hear your guys thoughts so most of the time I have my period I usually throw up and feel super hot and then cold like having a fever but last month november I passed out for the first time which was strange for me so do you guys recommend me getting birth control for the really bad cramping??? or is there something else I can do if it occurs again ?
