Every single first day my cycle begins, tmi moment, as soon as I go to the restroom and the red drops down. The heavy cramps start. About an hour later I'm hot. Like fever like. Looks like someone pours water on me. Then I'll get extremely cold and maybe shivering.. while that's happening shortness of breathe. If I'm not sitting down for all of this I'll pass out and won't get up for about 3 hours.. it's happened at school.. once I was passing out at work I couldn't leave my post in time to sit down I fell out and busted my beautiful lips! All the while I'm feeling feverish I'm nauseous and the cramps goes all the way down to knees...
