Am I wrong??

Ok so my dad and uncle came down to visit and my boyfriend was here we woke up at like 3...I walked out the room spoke to my dad and uncle for a lil bit then my boyfriend came out the room at the time me and my dad was talking I introduced them and my dad straight disrespected my man by not shaking his hand and speaking back.....I SAID SOMETHING TO MY DAD ABOUT WHAT HE DID AND TOLD HIM THAT WAS DISRESPECTFUL AND WRONG....My dude goes outside and he got mad cause I didn’t come outside to check on him but in my mind we would’ve talked about that later....so now he saying he see I don’t care bout him and etc.....we broke up and he said I really hurt him but I confronted my dad about what he did and told him that’s not cool and shit.....was I wrong for not going outside to check on him at that point in time??!
