any vegan mamas here ?? :) how are you feeling, how far along are you and is it your first?

vegan mama to be here! It's my first pregnancy. very nervous. I'm 5weeks 4 days. no symptoms yet, except I'm hungry but have no appetite if that makes sense.

first days of month two, first Pregnancy, plant based from Argentina, (yes, it can be done even out here!)
I'm feeling pretty good so far lol have had plenty of legumes (chickpeas in particular) for the folate... though with all the veggies I'm not sure I really needed them to be completely honest...

Not vegan, but I Have transitioned to a much more plant based diet. I’ve cut dairy out, and lessened my meat intake significantly. I feel so much better when I control my animal product intake, but haven’t made a full transition, because of my husband (and my own self control....)

Me!  I am only about four weeks along, and I have two other kiddos but this is my first time being vegan during pregnancy. I feel great! Just making sure I meeting my complete protein and lots of iron :-) I hope you are doing and feeling well!

How does veganism work with skin elasticity and not having the specific animal proteins to prevent tearing?
