Second round and BFP.... UPDATE. Miscarriage..

I didn’t think that this round of letrozole worked because I didn’t get the big cramps, nausea, and migraine on the day I ovulate. I can really feel like 50 eggs are releasing (exaggeration)! But this round I am still on 2.5mg and didn’t get those symptoms. We also used preseed sparingly when I remembered to do it lol and OPKs but I only got high fertility no peak days! For a week! The day after thanksgiving I got my BFP! It was about 5 days before my period was due!

I even messaged my doctor last month to increase my dosage and she was against it.. got blood work done on Thursday and it was at 320! Going in for my ultrasound at 7 weeks I’m currently 5 weeks 4 days!

Today is 12/5 and I received a phone call from my doctor. My last HCg level was at 320 last Thursday and I’ve only had a bit of cramping this past weekend. My blood work from yesterday care back at 244... this hurts so bad. It feels like my heart is being ripped apart again. We had a miscarriage in June of this year.
