My son is 1 1/2 years and he’s been using a pacifier non stop until Thursday. We finally clipped the pacifier and then on Friday we just didn’t give any pacifier at all. It’s been going ok, excepts for nights. Since Thursday night my son had been waking up in the middle of the night 2-3 times and crying and screaming for about 30 minutes each time. I’ve tried holding him, singing to him, giving him water, his daddy holds him. But nothing calms him down. Before, if he woke up in the middle of the night I’d give him his pacifier. So could this be from wanting a pacifier or could it be night terrors?
