Cervix ? High closed and soft but keeps dropping

Hi ladies , I’m 12 dpo and I had this pinching cramp the other day. I’ve been checking my cervix regular it’s high soft and closed but then will suddenly go low closed and soft and then high all the time I don’t understand? Why it’s going high and low, I did test at 10 dpo which was negative but if af doesn’t show up Thursday I’ll retest , my cm is quite thick almost egg white like also ladies and cervix quite wet ,I’m just confused and to why my cervix is doing this thanks x
