Cheater Cheater Pumpkin Eater

First off- I am not asking you to tell me if you think my husband is cheating or not. THAT IS FOR ME TO FIND OUT AND ME ONLY BY DISCUSSING IT WITH MY HUSBAND. I will ignore any post stating his guilt or innocence.

Secondly - Yes there is probably a minuscule amount of valid feelings and "evidence" to my insecurities. My gut could be right or this could be my mental illnesses running rampant and causing irrational thoughts.

Thirdly- The question I need help with. How do I explain to my husband I am having doubts, insecurities and feelings that he is cheating WITHOUT hurting him, him thinking I dont trust him, or him getting super defensive? I want to make it about MY feelings without defaulting that I'm being insane. I want an honest answer from him without fear of judgement or consequences. I want a civil talk with him about this so that I can process my thoughts appropriately. Any experience with discussing insecurities and not hurting or accusing the partner??
