Could my period be going backwards??

I’ve had my implant for nearly 3years, and I’ve been on my period for a little bit over 2weeks, and just wondered if my periods are going back to the way they were before I had my implant put in??
Anyone else had this on the implant?

I’ve been on all kinds of birth control in the past iud made me bleed for 6 month straight then the pill made be bleed for 2 weeks off a week then back on and then the injection stopped mine for 1 year and since coming off the injection just over 2 year ago my period hasn’t went back to normal and also stopped my ovulation as well they never tell you any of this until it’s too late to change it apart from taking loads of medication and going to the doctors every week

I haven't had an implant, so I could be wrong, but most of the time when you're on birth control, your period will go back to the way it was before you started.
