Horrible menstrual cramps
Even since my period first began (13 then 19 now) I've had the worst cramps, I'm talking curled up in a ball on the floor crying cause it feels like my uterus is trying to tear me to shreds inside... she's so mad at me!!! Why does she hate me lmaoo jk but no in all seriousness does ANYONE have ANY REMEDIES to help a sister out. I dread getting my period. Just want some relief.
