Hot yoga
I am looking into doing something new to get energy, get a a good workout and losing a bit of weight would be nice. I don’t like the gym I feel weak and bored on the machines so classes are my preferences.
I have been thinking about hot yoga a lot lately but am still debating with a kickboxing and a ballet exercise class. I have taken a few beginner yoga and Pilates classes years ago so I am trying to found out what is hot yoga like. Is it hard, challenging and what are the benefits. Any other suggestions
