First period? Normal?

Had a son 4 months ago, I got my first period after two years haven’t got period I have a 2 years old daughter! All I’ve got birth bleed, miscarriage bleed.. NOT PERIOD!...........I’m not used to it at all, keeping complaining about the cramps & bloods and crying, thinking I’m going to die 😭😂😂

So, is it normal if I keeping having heaviessssst blood, fill out a super extra goodnight pad within 3 mins, running through pads,undies towel? 😳 if not, I’ll heading to hospital as I have haemorrhage with both birth and miscarriage! I’m worrying! I’ve been woozy, headache and sleepy!!
