I live in northern Alberta Canada so it gets very cold. I feel bad because my LO doesn't get a warm winter coat just layer and blankets as I take her to the car I never know if she's warm enough... The other day they had a story on the news about the how unsafe bulky jackets in car seats are and one of moms they interviewed came up with a genius way to use her baby's coat... It's so simple and I would never of thought of it. She would put the coat on her daughter backwards with the zipper open in the back so when she place her daughter in the car seat she pulled the coat off no problem. Mind blown!!!
