Tinder hookup advice?

I met this guy who goes to my school on tinder and we went out, got drunk and made out for like 3 hours last Saturday, but I didn't stay the night with him. I went over to his place last night and ended up staying the night but we just made out. he made it very clear that sex is an important part of a relationship with him but I'm the kind of person that usually takes it slow with people and doesn't sleep with someone unless I'm really serious about them. the whole reason I was on tinder is because my last boyfriend and I moved way too fast and it didn't end well for us so I'm trying to get over him. I don't want to make the same mistake but at the same time, idk if this guy is boyfriend material. should I just live a little with him and see what happens?

Tinder is notorious for the hookup culture and I would say 90% of the time guys are looking for sex only on that app. This guy is open about it just in a nicer way. If you want just sex then go for it, but if not, let him go.

Tbh this guy probably isn’t looking for a relationship and is just looking to hook up... if you want to be in a relationship with him I think you should be really upfront about that and if he wants to be in one too then you can tell him you want to take things slow... but also don’t jump into a relationship too fast. Not being over your ex will cause problems and you don’t want to jump into something too fast only to have to get over 2 guys at once.
