Conflicting views as a Christian

I know as a Christian, we aren't to judge and aren't to think badly of others, but seriously, i cant help but think some people should not have children! If you're severely unintelligent and don't wish to be open minded and become more wise, you shouldn't have children. If you do hardcore drugs and do not wish to get help and stop, you should not have children. If u tipe lyke thi$, you should probably not have children. If the whole world needs to be about you, you shouldn't have children. Some people just absolutely should not have children! And I understand it's wrong of me to think that, but in reality, most of us do, and someone needed to say it. I just can't stand seeing some of the things people say and do in front of their children. Just today, I saw something dropping my daughter off at school that made me want to absolutely lose my mind on this other parent! I gave them a seriously dirty look instead as to not cause a scene. But it's really ridiculous. Children deserve better parents than that! They are gods beautiful little angels, and some people destroy them. Children (generally) do bad because of their parents before them. And if you're on of those people, you need to be constantly on birth control or something. Children and the world deserve better. Again, I understand these are not things I should be thinking as a Christian, but we've all been watching the news of the world today. Racism, sex slaves, homicide, drug addicts killing or leaving children, etc. These people should not have children!
