I'm super nervous

Sooooooooo AF was supposed to be today Dec. 5th. I've been having headaches, pain's in my pelvic area, pain a couple times having sex. I had a miscarriage in Feb. someone help me I'm so confused. I'm also scared to take a test....due to all the BFN.....I just want a positive this time. When should I test?
