Pumping and working

I am a breast feeding mother of a 1 month old. I will be going back to work and sad to say I was unable to get a jump start on pumping and freezing my milk for my son due to a few minor set back but ever since those things I been trying to pump as mush as I can and when I can to start freezing when I do go back to work. But I was wondering on how to go about pumping at work. Can I pump and place fresh expressed milk in the freezer at work and when I'm done my shift bring it home on public transportation, due to me not have a vehicle at the moment? And if on break and I don't pump enough in my time frame ( I don't always get a 30 min break) can I place the fresh express milk in the refrigerator and finish pumping when I get the chance?
