For you breastfeeding mamas that use a bottle too... do you change nipple flow on bottles at all???

I use Como Tomo bottles for my daughter for her 1x daily bottle. And it’s the 5oz bottle that has slow flow nipple. And she can down 4oz in as little as 10/15min. She is about to be 3mos.

Should I switch to the medium flow nipple that’s says for 3-6mos??? I’m afraid she’ll finish the bottle in like 5min then 😬

Also why even need to change the flow of nipple for bottle?? Not like my own nipple flow changes. Or does it 😂😂😂
