Sleep training?

Has anybody started sleep training their little ones yet?! How is your little one sleeping with or without sleep training? 
We just started, he turned 4 months on the 1st and he has done absolutely phenomenal!

We started baby wise right after Thanksgiving. She was sleeping through the night the first day we stuck to the schedule. She's 16 wks today!

We've had her on a rough schedule since 2 months, but w haven't started sleep training. She turns 4 months this week, but we decided we're going to wait until after the holidays to do sleep training and move her from the bassinet to the crib. There's just too much going on around the holidays. We're going to use the gradual extinction method. We'll go in and soothe her after 1 min, then 3, then 5 etc. I've had good results with that way during nap and bed time with the kids I've watched over the years

What have you done for sleep training? My little one is almost 15 weeks, she’s been on a schedule since one week! But only sleeps through the night a few times a week. Would love for it to be more consistent!
