Sharp Pains at 12 DPO

Hi there ladies! This is my husband and I’s first month TTC and I’m currently 12 DPO and got a BFN this morning and 10 DPO. I’m having sharp pains low on my right side and I’m feeling so full lower down. Am I out for the month? Any advice or feedback would be very much appreciated!
