It depends. If she’s from an area like Charleston, she’ll be more of a city girl, but not as much as a girl from New York I guess.

america is so big, we have so many different cultures and influences. i live in California and just in this state alone you have people from different regions that have such different lives and don't seem like they came from the same place in terms of being from California

In my opinion, yes. I’ve seen many southern girls that are very kind and patient and friendly to everyone. I, on the other hand, am from Massachusetts and most girls I know don’t even smile or say hi to people they pass.

I have met many eccentric people in rural areas. It's impossible to characterize someone by their location

I think it just depends. My SIL is from the Bronx and is more southern or "country" than I am, and I'm from Ohio... Ive met southerners who could pass for city folk and city folk who could pass for southerners...
