I had my lil lady in February and I have yet to have my period. I am exclusively pumping and have been since she officially unlatched in May (😩😩). I’ve heard it can be possible to not have your cycle as long as you’re breastfeeding. My hubby and I would like to try to get pregnant again this spring and I’m not sure how this all works if I can’t track my cycles via menses.

What is your experience? Did you start your cycle while you were still breastfeeding?
