Confused!?
The myo pill bottle says 2000mg but each pill is 500mg so that means I’m supposed to take 2 in the am and 2 in the pm right? Also the d-chiro says 50mg so I’m only supposed to take 1? I’m so confused!! Please only answer if you take these exact brands.
