Weird TMI Question...

You know the bottles of sparkling grape juice? Well, I used one to pleasure myself after removing any harmful parts like the plastic around the lid and even the lid it’s self.. When I got done pleasuring myself I felt great! My only issue is that when I took it out I found some blood in the bottle.. I haven’t had my period this month but I wasn’t bleeding before I started.. and I wasn’t in any pain and didn’t feel any scratches or scrapes... is there anything I can do to make sure I’m okay down there?
