My husband and I were at fertility specialist for insemination but we got good news we conceived naturally. a pregnancy test was confirmed positive. I started taking thyroid meds to bring me into a normal range and was being very carefully. at 5 weeks on night I couldn't sleep and was cramping. I went pee and started bleeding a little. I went into specialist at 7am. they gave me the worst news, I lost the baby. I didn't cry until I got home and had to tell my husband. we planned on surprising the whole family for Christmas. we had been trying for 2+ yrs and married for 10. What do i do now? I feel lost and nobody who understands my pain.
