Super frustrating

I’m not sure what to think, from my ultrasounds showed no cysts he had me start progesterone pills for 10 day to start bleeding and I had a follow up yesterday and no bleeding , all of my blood work came back good my cholesterol was the only thing that was high and he also had me start other pills to help me start the bleeding again, he said I need to get on a diet. The only thing I don’t get is why is my hair falling out so damn much ?!! It’s so depressing. He said I have no pcos I just need to loose weight and everything will regulate.
