If you experience ovulation spotting, is this prime time for baby dancing or is it too late by then?

I experienced what I believe to be ovulation spotting last night for the second time this year and we baby danced a few hours before. I’m hoping this isn’t just old blood from my last cycle  or just a cyst 🤞

When you say spotting, do you mean blood or cervial mucus? You're not supposed to spot blood around ovulation. Spotting is not an indication of ovulation. Spotting should only be occurring sometime around 9 days after ovulation (on average) which is called implantation bleeding or normal period spotting.

Oh and I forgot to mention mild to moderate cramping in the middle of my lower tummy just like af cramps. It came on very suddenly and lasted about 5 minutes but we did the deed and it went away completely.
