so on Sunday I found out I was expecting, and today I hit 4w. my boobs fluctuate so sometimes they are sore other times not at all. Since Monday night I've been cramping on and off which I get is normal, but yesterday and today its been almost all the time. its about as bad as a period, but with no let up. This afternoon I was sleeping, and the pain suddenly got so severe it woke me up- it felt like my ovaries were exploding and I thought for sure I was miscarrying again (mc'd twice this year). I've never carried beyond 6w so I don't know whats healthy or not. So basically is that kind of pain normal? and is it normal my boobs are sometimes normal and sometimes sore/swollen? every time they deflate I panic.
