What were ur first steps

What were ur drs first steps after ur pcos diagnosis? Were u put on meds? If so what kind? My dr thinks i have it & im meeting with her again next week to confirm & talk about things and im just nervous about what the next step is . Any answers will be helpful !!

I started with Metformin for 8 mos while TTC with one MC and now I’m about to start Clomid in a few weeks

I was started on birth control to regulate my periods. I went 12+ months with no period. I took yaz for 3 months and my periods were regular since then. Now I'm having issues again and have seen 2 different Ob/Gyns since. I'm now just starting provera and since we are trying to concieve I'll begin clomid as well.

I got diagnosed on Monday and my doctor prescribed me medroxyprogesterone

I had periods only every 3-4 months, bad acne, and too much hair. Also overwieght but I think thats just my diet. Doctors put me on yaz for the acne and it worked so well. Now im ttc, acne came back, but i dont care that much, im on metformin and i took provera and clomid last month. I fot a positive opk cd 21, but now my doc doesnt want to give clomd for month 2.
