just got this done at my doctors

it showed up a few minutes later.... are these tests reliable or.... please help. I've been ttc for 9 months with one chemical. I'm due for my period tmro, my nipples hurt, and they never hurt. I'm a little crampy, not normal people cramps. idk what to think!!!
