Crashing/frozen app/account


<a href="">Glow App</a> was crashing and not loading for several days. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and then logging back in.

Now it takes me to a home page that is NOT accurate for me/my current cycle(should be CD 13ish, not 25). The screen is frozen, there is a “loading” bar at the top, can’t do anything on the screen and then it inevitably crashes after a few minutes. Have I just lost 2 years of data? I logged into this forum to create this post through the Glow <a href="">nurture</a> app and that seems to work fine? We are ttc baby #2 starting this month so not having my data/history is really annoying and upsetting!
