When to start OPK

If I’m semi irregular, when should I start testing with OPKs and how often each day?? All tips are helpful ...this will be my first time using them

Im on CD 2 right now, I’ve been spotting for the past few days and hasn’t really gotten any heavier except for a little yesterday So I made that the start of my cycle. Because I’m off this month I’m trying to make sure I keep track of my ovulation. Thanks for the feedback!

cd 8 and when you notice ewmc, every 12 hrs. Best of luck!

I have a 28 day cycle. 
I started testing cd7 once a day. Cd10 I started testing twice a day. I always got my positives cd14-15. After cd17 I stopped testing.

I started 3 days after my period ended and tested twice a day. I am also irregular so I wanted a base line for the first month using them....
