4 weeks & 5 days with hardly any symptoms 😩

I don't know why but the only symptoms i have is super sore boobs & cravings. I don't feel tired, nauseous or anything else and I hate the fact that I don't feel pregnant. I know its still super early but it makes me nervous. Anybody else in the same boat?
