Tips to stopping sleeping on my belly?
I have always been a belly or back sleeper. As soon as I found out I was pregnant I started training myself to sleep on my side, but I seem to always wake up on my belly. Now that I’m starting to show with more than just bloat, I wake up and my lower stomach is sore from the pressure on baby. Anybody have any good tips or tricks to get myself to stop? I’ve tried a pillow in front of me, and in back, and both. I’ve tried a body pillow and a wedge pillow. I’m hoping for somebody else to have an awesome idea before I buy a maternity pillow that will take up the entire bed.
