Loss of pregnancy symptoms.

I don’t feel pregnant and it’s probably nothing but it’s freaking me out. I called my doc and they said that’s okay as long as I’m not cramping or bleeding. What can I do to give me peace of mind? I can’t find my baby with my Doppler either. I wish I could get a ultrasound. I’m 12 w 4 Days.
