Today it was confirmed 3ways that I’m losing my baby. First was well the bleeding but ultimately it was the ultrasound which showed no baby when they should have been able to see one. Second was my blood work which confirmed numbers were dropping but good news is it isn’t ectopic... great 👍🏻 third was when I went to the restroom and actually passed/saw my baby... about the size of the tip of my pinky finger with its two black dots for eyes 😭 I hate this
