if one is a minor and one is not, yes it matters.  if you're both adults then it only matters as far as the ones involved

Yes. it depends on the ages and if they are both of legal age. If one is under 18 they need to make sure that their state doesnt have a 4 year law. 4 or 6. basically meaning there cant be a gap more than 4 years between the under age person and the older one. If both are 18+ you need to make sure both are in the same place. if the 23 year old wants marriage and kids, but the 45 year old has 2 teenage kids, divorced, and has no interest, then the relationship shouldn't continue. I will never say age doesn't matter because there are a lot of factors that come with an age gap.

It depends if they're adults...a 5 year age gap between a 13 year old matters. It doesn't matter with a 20 and 25 year old
